Do you have a catalogue René Derhy with the possibility of sales on-line?
No, we don’t have a sales on-line catalogue. Our catalogue represents only one part of our collection, we can’t present all our items of the season!
Why can’t we buy the items of the catalogue?
Our catalogue isn’t a sales on-line catalogue. It only shows the spirit of our collection for the season and one collection counts more than 800 different styles that are going to be diffused by season. Some styles are available in our shops or on the Net; others are out of stock or not yet delivered. The shops that sell our styles never have the whole collection and you have to visit them regularly because they receive new products every week.

Get in touch with us, it is rare that we can find the exact style of the catalogue or of a press release, on the other hand we can do a research and direct you to a retailer. Use our survey or phone us!
When is a product available in the shop?
Get in touch with us, we usually deliver the products a few weeks after the catalogue release. It’s not always possible to have the product as the catalogue is released. Use our survey or phone us!

Why can’t we find the catalogue products on the e-shopping website?
We only produce a limited number of styles, and the catalogue represents only a very small part of our collection. You’ll find on the website some equivalent products.
I don’t want to pay by credit card, can I pay by check?
Yes! You just need to mention it on the order in the comment column, instead of giving your credit card number. We’ll send your order once we’ve received your check.
What are the freight costs?
In France, the freight costs are free; on the other hand the freight costs for other countries will be at your expense.
Size correspondence
In France, small: 38, medium: 40, large: 42! Be careful! The sizes change depending on the different countries! In Italy: small= 42, Medium= 44, Large= 46. United States Small= 4, Medium= 6, Large= 8. U.K, small=10, medium=12, large=14.
I can’t find my size/ colour
The shopping page on our website is actualized regularly: it is thus necessary to consult it often; the styles only exist in the sizes and colours shown on the shopping page; if they existed in other sizes or colours it’s that they are out of stock.
I’ve ordered a product, but it’s not available anymore.
It may occur sometimes, that between time of updating the page and the order, the item gets out of stock. In that case we contact you and cancel your order.

We accept product exchanges or refunds. However we ask you to send us back the product to exchange or to refund at your cost: under 8 days of reception.

Our website is secured. Our company is well-knowned, we have been established for a long time and it goes of our reputation that the transactions are safely made.
How can I follow the evolution of my order?
We send a personalized mail as soon as your order is. If you have a problem or a doubt, or if something is worrying you, don’t hesitate to send us an e-mail or to phone us ( Ask for “ Customer Service” from Monday to Friday 9a.m to 6p.m), we are at your disposal.
When is the website updated?
The website is updated following every incoming goods. Meaning two or three times per week.
What are your delivery delays?
Our deliveries are done through Colissimo for France or UPS for other countries, you have to count 4 days from the day it has been sent.
What information’s are sent to me when I order on-line?
We confirm your order through an automatic mail when we receive it, a number of order is given to you. Then, we’ll send you a second mail when the good is ready to be sent. At all times you can contact us or follow your order thanks to your number.
Are there any sales on the website?
We sometimes do sales of one or two weeks, end of January and end of June.
Do you have a news-letter?
We don’t have a news-letter to avoid overcharging your e-mail boxes and to not contribute to Spam.

How can I buy?
Retailers can buy on stock in our offices but the choice is limited depending on our goods arrivals. The best way to buy is to order in advance to have the maximum of choice. The collections are exposed at Salon du Prêt à Porter de Paris, then in our showroom for the two following months. To order our collections, you can come to our shows without an appointment, or make an appointment in our show-room in Paris, 6 rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, tel: +33(0)1 47 70 56 90.
What show do you do?
